Barto has a bias towards efficiency and action with a deep commitment to clarity on all things. Barto -a nickname bestowed from a high school volleyball coach in 1999 that has remained steadfast into the professional space- is obsessed with helping others achieve their dreams. You know, those big ideas and goals that seem out of reach. The things people tell you you’re crazy for pursing.
